SHARP SCORE TESTER
The Sharp Score tester is an advanced microcontroller based force measurement device. The system connects to the Sharp Score app via Bluetooth to manage and record testing data. The system is able to plot and integrate the force vs time and calculate the impulse value delivered into the test media to make the cut. This impulse data is far more valuable in determining a knifes ability to cut than just the peak force.
The Sharp Score system is compatible with industry standard test fixtures. In addition to static push cut fixtures, slice cut media fixtures are also available.
The system also features a steel base for use with magnetic fixtures such as knife pivots; making the system reverse compatible with previous hardware. Since the system also measures peak force, legacy type measurements can still be made
The ability to connect to the app to save and index your data is a key part of the Sharp Score system. No longer do you have to take pictures of a screen to record and save your measurements
