Sharpscore Knife Tester

Sharpscore is an innovative app enabled force measurement device for use in evaluating the cutting ability of edged tools. Unlike traditional cut force testers, the Sharpscore takes a large number of samples instead of just a peak force. This allows other types of cuts, such as slice or draw cuts to be measured instead of just static push cuts.
